In Brazil there are many local competitions, from the National league, to the cup and the state's local championship and cups.
That’s okay; Speak Portuguese Brazil loves football and has made a list of Portuguese football (soccer) vocabulary.

Bancada : stand
Campo de futebol : field
Vestiário : change room
Linha do meio campo : halfway line
Lateral : touch line
Escanteio : corner flag
Linha de fundo : end line
